good stay, but room decor needs attention
I really enjoyed the spacious and clean superior double room that provided a cozy atmosphere. The pool area felt like a hidden gem, beautifully landscaped with plenty of inviting sunbeds. Breakfast featured personalized omelets and a delightful range of pastries. it felt like a great way to start each day. the evening live music added a nice touch to the overall ambiance.
The room decor was quite outdated.

My room was quite outdated with old furniture and inadequate lighting, which made it feel unwelcoming. The air conditioning was barely functional, and I frequently heard noise from the busy street outside due to poorly sealed balcony doors. some meals had a tendency to be bland, lacking the spice or flavor I usually look for while dining. I also noticed a long wait at check-in, as there was only one person at the desk during peak arrival times, making the start of my stay a bit frustrating. Finally, while the shuttle service to the town was handy, the uphill walk back can be a chore, particularly after a day out.

Recommend it for a relaxing stay
We stayed at this hotel for 12 nights, and the pool area was beautifully maintained with lush greenery that brought peace. The staff tried to help us with any requests we had, which really showed they cared.
It was pricey but tolerable.

The gardens surrounding the hotel were stunning, filled with lush greenery that created a peaceful atmosphere. My room, 137, was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view just steps from the terrace into the gardens. The pool area caught my attention—large and well-maintained with plenty of sunbeds available, even though the hotel was fully booked. Breakfast and dinner showcased impressive food quality. I enjoyed various options, especially the fresh dishes prepared at cooking stations. The staff seemed friendly and attentive, responding well to any requests. the evening entertainment was quite low-key, which suited me but might not appeal to everyone. On the downside, the air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly, and I often heard noise from outside. There were dress codes for dinner that seemed to be overlooked, but it felt a bit unnecessary. Accessing Puerto de la Cruz involved a steep uphill return, though the shuttle service was convenient. Small issues, like the availability of swimming towels and some room amenities being limited, could be improved. I had a lovely time but there were definitely areas needing attention.

would love to come back here some time
We had a double room without balcony, it had air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The cleaning was great, with fresh towels and comfy linens. The outdoor swimming pool was clean and very inviting. The breakfast featured personalized omelettes and a variety of pastries, which was a delightful start to our mornings.

Food was enjoyable with daily variety at meals. Entertainment focused on older guests made it less engaging for my taste. The pool area is well-kept, and there's a nice vibe during themed dinner nights. Given the noise from nearby rooms, it was tough to relax at night.
