I really enjoyed the spacious and clean superior double room that provided a cozy atmosphere. The pool area felt like a hidden gem, beautifully landscaped with plenty of inviting sunbeds. Breakfast featured personalized omelets and a delightful range of pastries. it felt like a great way to start each day. the evening live music added a nice touch to the overall ambiance.

Finally, while the shuttle service to the town was handy, the uphill walk back can be a chore, particularly after a day out.

The staff seemed friendly and attentive, responding well to any requests. the evening entertainment was quite low-key, which suited me but might not appeal to everyone. On the downside, the air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly, and I often heard noise from outside. There were dress codes for dinner that seemed to be overlooked, but it felt a bit unnecessary. Accessing Puerto de la Cruz involved a steep uphill return, though the shuttle service was convenient. Small issues, like the availability of swimming towels and some room amenities being limited, could be improved. I had a lovely time but there were definitely areas needing attention.
